Interior Painting – Walls and Ceilings

Setup:

We will schedule with you when we will be painting particular rooms so that you can make any adjustments to your plans. We ensure furniture is protected and it will be placed in a central position in the room. Furniture will be protected with a covering (plastic or cloth) if necessary. Floors will be protected with drop cloths to avoid paint splatter.

Preparation:

Walls will sanded and scraped as required. Cracks, dents and holes are repaired with quality fillers and then smooth sanded. Caulk is used to correct gaps in the trim when requested. Walls are washed when necessary.

Painting:

Repaired surfaces will have primer applied. Colour is applied with the best selection tool for the job: roller, brush, roller or sprayer. Walls and ceilings will be painted to 100% coverage. Perfect cut lines are achieved – ceiling to wall and trim to wall.

Clean-up:

Furniture is returned to its original position. Floors are swept or vacuumed. Waste and mess is collected and removed. We will leave sample unused paint with you for touch ups down the track.

Inspection:

We will undertake a final inspection. You are more than welcome to join us. We seek 100% satisfaction with the painting outcome. Any touch-ups are completed immediately. Let us know if you find any flaws after we leave. We will complete the job. Colors used are recorded.
